DBBS Pre-Built Solutions Update v 25.10.01

Code Quality & CI

• TypeScript packages — Updated to current versions for compatibility, security, and DX polish.

• SonarCloud configuration — Tuned rules and settings for clearer, actionable insights.

• Project split — Split Python and TypeScript into separate SonarCloud projects for accurate metrics and ownership.

• Python coverage — Fixed false negatives when SonarCloud referenced non-existent files.

• Copilot rules — Added an org ruleset to align AI suggestions with our standards and security posture.

Admin Panel

• Admin Panel (SPA) — Resolved GitHub warnings (security/deprecations), reducing PR noise and keeping the dependency tree healthy.

New Modules & Utilities
