Solutions We Delivered

DBB Software became embedded in Tie's engineering organization, supporting architecture, backend, and frontend development, integrations, and infrastructure improvements across the full platform.

Architecture & Infrastructure Setup

Established a scalable monorepo architecture and configured CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments across environments. Set up and optimized the client's GCP infrastructure as the foundation for the platform's serverless subsystems, with the detailed architecture covered in the serverless deep-dive case.

Core Platform Feature Development

Implemented core platform features, including the credit borrow flow (automating credit acquisition from third-party lenders), user configuration tools, the attribute enrichment engine, and separate services for reports and contracts.

Commerce, Billing & Third-Party Integrations

Supported the transition from Chargify to Salesbricks and integrated Shopify, Meta, and Google apps, Klaviyo, and Salesbricks across the platform. Details on the new billing and payment subsystems are covered in the billing/payments deep-dive case.

Onboarding Automation & Workflow Enhancements

Improved the onboarding experience and began automating parts of the journey using Klaviyo and custom workflow orchestration, reducing time-to-activation for new users.
