Architecture & Infrastructure Setup
Established a scalable monorepo architecture and configured CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments across environments. Our team also set up and optimized the client’s GCP infrastructure.
Core Platform Feature Development
Implemented several critical features that power the Tie platform, including the credit borrow flow, a redesigned onboarding system, user configuration tools, and an attribute enrichment engine.
Commerce, Billing & Third-Party Integrations
Supported the transition from Chargify to Salesbricks, enabling more flexible subscription management during the rebrand. We also implemented and improved integrations with Stripe, the Slack API, Google Maps, and Google Drive.
Onboarding Automation & Workflow Enhancements
Improved the onboarding experience and began automating parts of the journey using Klaviyo and custom workflow orchestration.
