DBB Software designed and built a part of the new billing and payment subsystems, leading the migration off Chargify and the rollout of a configurable plan model on Salesbricks.

Configurable Salesbricks Payment Flow

Implemented the payment subsystem on Salesbricks, where pricing plans are composed from discrete "bricks" that the product team can recombine into new plan variants. The team can launch new pricing options through configuration alone, without needing engineering to ship code for each variant.

Billing Breakdowns with Forward Predictions

Built the in-product billing surface that shows users a line-item breakdown of their current bill, plus a forward prediction of upcoming charges based on plan configuration and usage. Users can see what they're being charged for and what's coming next. A built-in calculator lets users model expenses against different plan options and pick the plan that fits their usage.

Chargify-to-Salesbricks Migration

Migrated active subscribers off the Chargify subscription service and onto Salesbricks. Billing continuity was maintained throughout the cutover, so users transitioned to the new brand without interruption to their existing subscriptions.
