Our client, a comprehensive healthcare review platform, approached us needing to improve their flagship product. The platform allows users to rate and review their healthcare providers and see reviews from other patients. The challenge was to recreate this platform almost from scratch.

DBB Software team approached the task strategically and began developing and upgrading the functionality for the server part, web application, and mobile application, with subsequent support for these elements. We also added multi-tenant functionality to the system, which allowed us to add new countries to the platform’s pattern.

#1 Research and Analysis

Our team conducted an in-depth analysis of the client's existing product to identify their technologies and requirements. We proceeded to create a tech stack to supplement the client’s needs.

#2 Iterative Development

With the tech stack ready, our team proceeded to the development process. We used an agile approach to optimize our resources.

  • The UI/UX team translated the virtual design into an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
  • We integrated Strapi, a headless CMS, to control content without deployments, database updates, etc. Strapi is also useful for content management of the homepage web application and mobile application without the involvement of developers.
  • Developers also integrated PoEditor, a user-friendly translation software, to support entrance into new markets.
  • We used Branch.io to create universal links.
#3 Code Review and Testing

Developers performed thorough reviews and moved all the platform changes to the staging environment for further QA tests.

#4 Feedback & Iterations

After deploying the mobile application and changes to the platform, our specialists gathered user feedback to continue rolling out improvements.
